Dark Wadi Forsan Granite has an easy installing process through the following steps:

1 . Subfloor Preparation

• Before installing the granite floors, the subfloor must be levelled and smoothed.
• As a result of the uneven flooring, the granite floors may develop fractures and other weak places. This could also affect the strength and brilliance of the granite floors.
• Fill in and seal all cracks if you’re swiftly installing granite floors over concrete floors.
• To ensure the granite flooring is securely fixed, fill all cracks and crevices and eliminate any dirt.
• The installation of the antique tiles should be postponed totally if the granite floors are to be connected to the ancient flooring.

2.Laying Granite Tiles

• Every tile used in the construction of a floor must have a 90-degree corner. Tile spacers can assist you estimate the size of the tiles you’ll need to cut if the room is larger.

3. Mortar preparation and Application

• The granite flooring must be placed using a specific mortar. To achieve the desired consistency, mix 1 part cement and 5 parts sand with water.
• A trowel is used to achieve a thickness of 6mm to 8mm.

4.Granite Flooring Installation

• To ensure perfect tile alignment, the Granite tiles are set on the ground with the help of a plastic spacer.
• Place the granite tiles on top of the ground and press firmly on all corners to ensure that there are no voids at the base of the granite flooring.
• Lightly tap the tile with the rubber mallet to ensure that it is completely bonded to the mortar.

5.Application of Grout Over Tiles

• Grout is applied to the crevices between the two tiles to establish a firm bond.
• Allow the grout to cure completely before cleaning the tiles.
• The grouts are created in tiny batches and must be used within 15 to 20 minutes of being prepared.

6. Cleaning and Sealing

• The granite tile installation procedure concludes with washing and finishing the granite floor so that it is ready for usage.
• Using a sponge and warm water, scrub the granite floor to remove all dirt and debris.
• While granite with dark colors no longer requires sealing, a few light colors do since it adorns and sparkles the floor.
• As a consequence, the granite floor installation is complete and ready for use.
